Roles and Responsibilities

Vice President Qualifications:
 

In the absence of the President, the Vice-President is the presiding officer. The Vice President will preside over committees formed by the Board.  The VP will consult and execute with the President, all contracts, deeds, and other instruments for and on behalf of the Corporation.  The VP will enjoy and discharge generally such other and further rights, powers, privileges, and duties as customarily relate and pertain to the office of VP. The VP will be required to create, direct, and improve business operations at various levels.

 

  • Two (2) year term.

  • A bachelor's degree or higher

  • Minimum five (5) years experience leading/managing teams

Competencies:
 

  • Organized and professional demeanor

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience maintaining and prioritizing your work calendar

  • Familiar with Robert’s Rules of Order

  • Open, honest, receptive team player

  • Public Speaking Skills

  • Critical Thinking Skills

  • Must be able to participate in virtual meetings
